Fuji Model NOG-BNOG Aluminum Oxide Ring S.S. Frame All Purpose Spinning-Casting Rod Guides
N FRAME GUIDES - After introducing the Aluminum Oxide ceramic guide to the fisherman, Fuji
became the first to produce a stamped, one-piece frame design in 1976. The liN" frame had no welds or snap
together frames, making it stronger, lighter in weight and improved corrosion resistance over any other guide at
the time. After over 30 years it remains one of the best frames ever designed and continues to be used in most
every style of fishing. N Frames fill the bill for strong traditional running guide layouts and yet are available up to size 40 for use as strippers in spinning layouts. N Frames are heavier that MN Frames and offer a proven design for heavier applications in saltwater including surf rods.
Crossover: Sometimes used as a reduction guide/stripper on surf rods.
Aluminum Oxide Ring· The innovative idea of using ceramics as a fishing guide started
some 40 years ago with the introduction of Aluminum Oxide, also known as the Hard Ring guide. With
this new material, Fuji started a revolution in guide development that has been a mainstay for rod
builders and fisherman over all these years. All Aluminum Oxide rings are diamond polished to an
ultra-smooth finish and come in a variety of frame styles and finishes.
All frames are Stainless Steel with your choice of a Stainless (NOG) or a Black (BNOG) finish.
