Developed for tube flies, but also for use on flies, jigs and spinnerbait skirts. Cut with 1/24" strands(4" Long) held together by a band at one end, loose on the other. Cut the band with the number of strands you want and simply wrap the band around your hook shank, tube, or tying collar,then tie off Results in perfect distrbution of stands around your fly or lure.
